Bring a Rockville Little Theatre play to the stage.
Rockville Little Theatre is seeking Directors for our 2025-26 season.
Production Dates:
September 26 – October 1, 2025
January 30 – February 8, 2026
May 1 – 10, 2026
If you are interested in directing for the season, please submit no more than three proposals by October 1, 2024. Your submission should include:
- Cover letter indicating your play preference and availability for each of the season dates
- Resume (even if you have directed with us before)
- A short essay on why you are submitting the play.
- Your ideas on how to present the play.
- Production suggestions (period, costumes, number or type of sets, special set requirements, unusual technical issues, etc.).
Email your complete submission in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format to: directors@rlt-online.org. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
Directors are not paid.
Directors may be interviewed as part of the selection process.
The selected proposals are expected to be announced by December 1.

Rockville Little Theatre is an all volunteer organization that presents classic favorites and contemporary treasures from famous dramatic names and some not-so-famous. We take to the stage in the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre. Although our name says “Little”, the quality of our performances is anything but.
