Rockville Little Theatre (“RLT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit community theatre organization incorporated in the State of Maryland. We are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website and members of our community. We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it through our website. This may include:

- Payment information — when you donate online, make concessions payments or purchase tickets (processed by PayPal, Intuit and ShoWare respectively; RLT does not store payment card data)
We also collect non-personal information automatically through Google Analytics, including browser type, pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic location. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process membership applications and maintain membership records
- Send you newsletters, season announcements, audition notices, and other RLT communications you have opted into
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Process donations
- Improve our website and understand how visitors use it (via Google Analytics)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics — website traffic analysis
- Google Forms / Google Workspace — membership applications; responses are stored within RLT’s Google Workspace environment and accessible only to authorized board members
- Mailchimp — email list management and newsletters
- Intuit / Quickbooks Online — online payment processing
- PayPal — online donation processing
- ShoWare — ticket sales for performances at the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre

Data Retention
Membership form responses are retained in RLT’s Google Workspace for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for organizational records. Mailing list data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information RLT holds about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send

Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
